The Litigation and Legal Proceedings department primarily deals with representing clients before courts and various judicial bodies. The aim of this department is to protect clients’ rights and defend them. In this department, we work mainly on claims, advocacy, and filing pleadings, memoranda, and relevant documents before courts at various levels as well as quasi-judicial committees. We also handle the enforcement of judgments and judicial decisions as well as arbitration bodies.
